With over 36 years experience in residential construction and over 20 years of them in coastal North Carolina, I am verse in what it takes to make your dream a reality, and build a home that you will be proud of in the years to come.

I consider myself a very hands on builder. With the help of my wife Monique, we work with each customer to provide personalized service from start to finish, and beyond. I will personally supervise the construction of your home or commercial building to assure that it is not only the highest quality construction, but one that will be completed on time within budget. With Southern Shores Development, there are no hidden fees, costs or surprises at closing. Everything is up front, from soil testing and site preparation to final clean-up.

And finally, I live here. I will be your neighbor. If nothing else, it is important for me to build your home or office like no other company because we will see each other well after construction is over. When we pass on Main Street in Southport, I want to reach out my hand in friendship and appreciation with a smile on my face. It's that important to me.
